Description: While the different versions of "10-Yard Fight" look similar, the gameplay was significantly retooled for the USA/European release. The Japanese version is an offensive-only game based on arcade rules, where you must score a touchdown in four tries to win a half-match.

In contrast, the USA/European versions play like a traditional football game, with both offensive and defensive play and a standard scoring system. The HUD, timer, and even the football helmet graphic were all changed to fit the new gameplay. The Japanese version also lacks a selectable difficulty, instead having players progress through four difficulties consecutively.
